What I liked

The support, treatment and approach of the staff was excellent and caring. Staff did all that they could within their power and could not have done more. The capabilities of the 'plastics' department filled me nothing but confidence that they were able to get the job done and with a quality service and that's exactly what happened. There was no tiresome waiting around, the information provided was clear and the follow-up support was of the same standard.
