On receiving a letter from Monton Medical Centre informing me about the Free seasonal Flu vaccination and asking me to either contact the practice or see practice website for details I first tried checking the website, I could find nothing about Flu Clinics. I then endeavoured to contact the practice but after being on hold for over 22 minutes repeatedly, every 15 seconds, being told "your call is very important to us" I gave up! I was initially told I was 4th in the queue. when I called back again straight away I was told 6th in the queue. At this point I gave up trying. What is going on with the staff responsible for answering the phone? What if I had had an emergency! Very disappointed with lack of service.
