"Removed from service"

I received a letter stating I had missed an appointment. Never received a letter regarding this appointment or the usual text reminders. I was unable to make an appointment at the end of my previous visit as there was none available. Not missed an appointment before but despite ringing and explaining I had not received my letter I now have to be referred by my GP again as I have been removed from this service. Also rang and left messages twice for test results but never got my calls returned. I am a nurse myself and would never just miss appointments! I have a serious health issue and worry about becoming unwell whilst I wait to be referred again.
