"Poor mental health service"

I am very disappointed with service there is no support I have heard from the twice in 8 its almost imposable to get through on the phone and when you do they answer very abruptly almost rude as if you are disturbing them

If you leave a message to ask you care asst to call don't expect a call it wont happen.

I’m the Service Manager responsible for the Adult Community Mental Health Service at Linwood and Springvale. I’m sorry to hear that your experience of accessing our service has not been positive. We are aware that people sometimes have difficulty getting through to us and we are looking into this.
