"Calm and Professional"

I sustained a head wound following a fall in the night and drove myself to Kingston A&E around 3.30 am. From registration to having stitches put in, my treatment was first class. Obviously very busy but calm atmosphere prevailed everywhere. Staff are under great pressure but never appear rushed or flustered. Very impressive and they should be very proud of such high standards and we are very lucky to have them
