"A difficult broken wrist repaired very quickly,..."

What I liked

I was treated in September 2010 for a fractured scaphoid resulting from a cycle accident. The doctor pinned it at the West Berkshire Community Hospital. A year on my wrist seems fully restored and I rarely think about it, even when moving heavy boxes and doesn't give me any aches or pain. I have even started cycling again! I especially appreciated that the doctor took the time to ensure that I could ask all the questions I needed.

I want to commend the whole team both at the out patients ward and especially at the WBCH hand clinic, where their cheerful dedication and professionalism to ensuring my injury healed significantly helped my mental outlook and gave me the skills to aid recovery.
