I had sprained my ankle and my foot had swelled up and a lot of bruising. went to A& E as it does state can deal with minor injuries out of GP hours, was seen by a nurse who took me through to a room not introducing themself and was very abrupt with me before even assessing me stating that I had come to A& E and people were having heart attacks and the waiting room was busy which it wasn't (10 people and 4 of the people were my family) and started to scold me and attitude was very abrupt and made me feel that I shouldn't be there but did examine my foot although clearly didn't want to just would rather talk down to me very abruptly I would not have spoken to a dog they way I was spoken to I only wanted someone to check that I hadn't broken it, very very disappointed in the way I was spoken to I should have just left but was in a lot of pain at the time of scolding
