My second visit to the clinic 2 days ago.

Dr Panigrahy is one of the kindest, most approachable doctors I have ever encountered.

The procedure itself -attempted hysteroscopy- had to be abandoned, and I now await an appointment for hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy under GA.

I’m apprehensive, to put it mildly, as gynaecological investigations are what I dread the most: now, at my fairly advanced age, I must take this opportunity to confront and overcome my worst fears.

However, Dr Panigrahy has assured me that she will carry out the procedure, so I know I shall be in good hands.

My thanks to her and nurse Jackie, for their kindness and good humour.

The clinic was extremely busy on Wednesday, but the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly throughout.
