I found them to be very unhelpful and not really interested in helping. They just want to sign you up on to a medication that may or may not help and will definitely cause brain damage due to the strength of the drugs offered.
The only offer of "treatment" provided is in the form of a pill. No offer of psychotherapy or CBT and therefore they are not looking to address any real concerns and just want to mask the symptoms by stopping brain function. But anyone who has done research into these types of drugs will realise that it is a lifetime of taking pills that will deterioate the mind and result in a massively reduced quality of life. I don't see how this can be called treatment.
