"Annual Check -up"

Annual visit to the Endoscopy Dept for my regular check.

The appointment was carried out on time and I found all members of staff, who dealt with me to be helpful, kind, informative and very friendly.

I was kept informed throughout the procedure exactly what was being done and with general comment upon what was being found. there was also friendly conversation all the time I was in the dept.

Whilst not being my preferred afternoon out I was treated dignity and kindness by everyone.
