"I am not getting any help"

About: Kingsbridge Medical Centre

Since moved here from a big city my health went down hill as diabetic and struggling with hypo thyroid and very high heart rates i am not getting any attention.

It seems it is way to much things to deal with for them so they just do not do anything.

I am very very upset do not know what to do i am on wrong medications with horrible side effects and many are worn out.

I have only one life.Thank you for your kind help :( to get me to the point where will be no return.

Awful....and sad
