(as the patient),

Yesterday I had a fall and smashed my mouth ,breaking a front tooth and having it fracturing into my bottom lip.

I spat 3 pieces out but Ross, my Dr, took time to extract another 19 small pieces in Hairmyres. His care and skill is second to none which reinforces my experience of the staff of this hospital over past 2 years through 2 serious illnesses

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent visit. I am sorry to hear about your fall and the injuries that you sustained. A very unpleasant experience for you.

It is reassuring to hear that Dr Ross took time to remove the pieces of tooth. He will be delighted to know that you were happy with his care and I will share your kind words with him.
