About: Kettering General Hospital

Appointment to eye specialist. Very good. Parking was a nightmare. Paid by card. It says in bold letters to check out before leaving the car park on boards and on receipt. But it doesn’t explain how to check out. Every one was asking how do??? I pray I don’t get a fine in the post.

The department I visited is not listed.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your comments on the car parking facilities at Kettering General Hospital. The car parking operators are working on fixing the issue of wording on these signs to better communicate any information relating to car parking; this will include adding the Car Park office phone number to make this more visible for visitors. Please be assured that there will never be a fine issued through the post for car park issues in the Pay and Display car parks.

If on site again and in doubt, please speak with the operators of the car park in the car parking hut found next to the exit of Car Park A, or contact PALS on 01536 493305 or via email on pals@kgh.nhs.uk.
