About: Mount Vernon Hospital Site

Each time my husband is due a review with Oncologist we have to make phone calls chasing for Scans, test prior to appt.

Leaving messages with Secretary does not mean they get back to you.

Now have an appt on 19th and after 3 weeks chasing still no appt for Scan so once again a delay in correct diagnosis of mass seen on his bowel 6months ago.

I have complained previously but obviously this has had no effect.

This leads to one patient getting frustrated and depressed due to lack of communication and organisation which is not a good thing for someone fighting cancer.
