"Breast feeding support Coatbridge"

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Health Visiting

(as a service user),

My 1st was born in 2015 and before he was born I knew I wanted to breastfeed though the experience with my first was difficult, a number of infections and sore nipples. This local group gave and in particular Maureen who runs it gave me so much support and advice. I know without this group I would have given up in the early days and wouldn’t have fed my second myself. Since I’m still feeding my 2nd at 18months I still pop into the group when I can.

Hi Vstrawberries

Thank you for your lovely comments around the support you have received from the Coatbridge breastfeeding group and in particular Maureen's support.

As a team we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us and I will make sure that Maureen is able to see your review.

Well done to you also, it's a huge achievement to still be breastfeeding at 18 months and we hope that others find the same support and confidence as you.

Thank you again for sharing your experiencce with us

Michelle McKillop
