"Total hip replacement"

I was a patient at Balborough on 20th June 2018 for my 2nd hip replacement, and would recommend the hospital to anyone, however, on this occasion, although I cannot praise my surgeon enough for managing to straighten and lengthen my leg considerably, I was in alot of pain and not very mobile, I was sent home with a frame and told not to even attempt stairs for two weeks. I was not given an opportunity to talk to my surgeon, he was just too busy, and would like to know why I was in so much pain, and leg very swollen. I am of course very thankful now, and am pain free and can walk so much better, and no shoe raise! Thankyou
