Last week I was told that I was being 'bumped' off the list with no replacement date being offered. There is a total disconnect between the service that should be provided and the treatment and attitudes that I as a patient experienced. I have previously travelled for outpatient appts that don't exist (twice) I feel a total inconvenience to ULHT. It is sad that as a patient I am so blatantly treated as a widget and an inconvenience in the system. I am a person and deserve to be treated with respect. A date for my operation would be appreciated as I have been waiting since the end of March.
