"Lost note"

About: Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

My Partner came back from spain two years ago following undergoing life saving surgery for his pancreatic cancer, after the first follow up appointment at Poole hospital they managed to lose all of his notes and then denied that he had ever had pancreatic cancer.

Following 18 months of cancelled appointments by the team at Poole hospital, it now appears his cancer may have returned and it could be too late to have any treatment.

We are still waiting for an urgent CT scan and are being told that it could takes weeks/months!!!!!

I could not be more heart broken that the NHS is doing this to us, especially as I myself am a nurse for the NHS.
