"Rude reception staff"

I had a bad experience with the reception staff toady 4/9/18. My 1st experience was over the phome and 2nd was face to face. I dont want to get into my health o line however she was rude, unhelpful and unwilling to help even though i had explained that i had written notes and a midwife who had told me i needed to speak with a gp today.

I went into the surgery to show the evidence and explain again she asked if i wanted to see the doctor or photocopy my written maternity notes. I explained i dodnt want to waste anyones time and which would be easier for the doctor etc and her reply was 'well its easier for me to do nothing so what do you want to do'

Rude and unhelpful on 2 accounts in a already stressful situation.
