About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I have had a lump on my head for over 2 years in which it was beginning to be tender.

I was a bit apprehensive about the minor operation but I was soon put at ease from SN Pamela and Kirsty and also AN Mary. All 3 were great and worked well together.

It can be a very anxious time coming into hospital and I am pleased that you were made to feel at ease, we aim for a relaxed atmosphere in the clinic to try to help with this.
