I recently had a mole removed from my upper back, from the moment I arrived at minor operations reception I was greeted with a smile, I was taken through to a room to get the mole removed, I was made at ease and totally relaxed by the 2 nurses Kirsty and Jill who I thought were superb from the minute I met them as they explained in great detail the procedure I was going to go through.
