What I liked

Everything about the Cardiology care, from the wards to the building and most importantly the staff. The staff in Colne Ward were just wonderful as too were the staff in Chelmer Ward and I have nothing but praise for them.

What could be improved

Reception staff were unfriendly and should be trained to welcome patients a little friendlier as they are the first people we meet and could help relax people a little more.

A bigger shelf in the bathrooms to put washing bits on.
