"Disorganised"

After trying for 10 days to make an appointment I finally managed to make one, only to receive a call a couple of hours later to tell me it had been cancelled. This, added to the fact that I have been visiting every few days to try and collect paperwork that they have had for a month, beggars belief. This surgery needs to get organised. A massive refurb to make more consulting rooms and they still can’t manage.

Appalling.
