"Cataract appointment"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital / Ophthalmology

My appointment with one particular doctor's Diabetic eye clinic was on the 7th March 2018. He exmined my eye and decided that I needed a catartact operation and he suggested that I go on the waiting list and should be operated on in four and half months. I was thrilled and went home thinking that I wll be done sometime in July.

Then I had another appointment with the Nurse Practitioner at the Cataract Cliniic on 24th May 2018.

Well, todate I have heard nothing which is over six months since I saw the consultant.

I am disappointed with the delay and is there a way of finding when I will be having the operation.

Many Thanks
