My husband had a severe dizzy spell whilst we
we’re walking home from shopping in the afternoon I called a cab and brought him home
he felt unwell and unsteady on his feet .
I called 999 spoke to a wonderful operator
who told me he would send an ambulance .
The ambulance arrived very quickly and gave
an excellent check over and brought us to the
Hospital we only had a short wait when the nurse arrived took all the obversation and blood
samples , we then were sent to the Majors
Unit
seen by one particular staff member and another lovely gentleman and
then a doctor who had a wonderful bed side manner and gave my Husband an excellent check up followed by an appointment
for 2 days later in the follow up clinic .
We have had to attend A/E in at least 5 occasions in the last 5 years for my husband
and we have always received excellent care
from all the staff we have seen no matter how
busy they were , I feel we could never pay them
enough or thank them enough for the service
they provide .
"Excellent Staff"
