Hi came to request q registration form, because I have move to this area after the council take me out the borough, and was register here before, but now they just don’t want to give any information ,, they have and take resist actitud , ,, they don even take time to look into the sisten to check if I’m ok to register on the area went online tell me that I’m ,, and this is to the two receptions lady’s ,,

I hope you can look into this matter

I am sorry that you felt that our receptionists were unhelpful. We do have a very strict policy of only registering patients within our practice area. Our receptionist do not always have to look at the practice area map to know that a patient is outside of the area. You say that you went on line to check yourself and were informed that you could register. It is difficult for me to answer all of your questions without further information. Perhaps you would like to discuss the problems you encountered in person. You can call the practice on 020 8985 8388 and ask to speak to the practice Manager Jill White. I work Mon to Friday 08:30 - 4:30.

In the meantime you can get information on local GP surgeries on the NHS choices website. www.nhschoices.co.uk

I will produce a small leaflet with the details of this website and ensure that the reception team are giving this information out to patients unable to register here.
