"Made me feel at ease"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / General Surgery

(as the patient),

In Queen Margaret Hospital today & nothing was a problem, staff were friendly and helpful from the minute I went in for my operation. Dr Young was my surgeon, and had Nicole & Mandy looking after me in ward & checking me out. John my Anesthetist there was 2 friendly porters and lady who took me to the room where John was waiting for me, not forgetting the 2 ladies in mammogram room putting in the wire, They all made me feel at ease and looked after me. Credit to the hospital.

Thank you for taking the time to post on Care Opinion.

It can be a worrying time coming to hospital for an operation but it sounds like our staff did their best to make you feel at ease throughout your stay.

I will certainly share your post with all the departments and the staff who looked after you. They will be delighted to receive your lovely comments.
