"So many visits!"

About: Musgrove Park Hospital (Taunton)

Over the past 4 years I have been an in-patient 4 times for 2 different problems. These were 4 out of many overall visits that I feel that I am nearly a resident! I have yet to see anything to cause me concern. 3 of the 4 recent admissions were through A & E, wheeled in by ambulance.crews, I have never had to wait. Right from the start I was supported 100% through the whole process. The only time I had to moan was in the trauma ward. The staff were so pressed but even so they had time to spend calming those on ward who were most traumatised. The noise however was unacceptable (from those patients).

Transfer to the Jubilee building was a much easier place to be.

Roll on the next development when I hope the chance of conflict will be significantly reduced.

Having said that, I have nothing but praise for the hard pressed dedicated staff all the way through my stays. Thank you all so much. The last visit was in March this year.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear you have had a fair few visits to the hospital because you have been unwell. It was positive to read that you were well supported through the whole process.

I am sorry that the ward you were admitted to was noisy at night.

Once again thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
