About: Glovers Lane Surgery

I have been a patient at this surgery all of my life, I have an older child and 2 younger children.

I used to find that although the GP's are excellent, I could never get through via the telephone and by the time I did the appointments were taken which I found extremely frustrating and I found myself feeling the surgery was not as good as it could be.

Over the last couple of years, more so since I've had my 2 younger children and have needed appointments more, I still have to wait on the telephone but am now placed in a queue so you know how long you will be waiting to speak to a receptionist, and each time I have rang I have been given an appointment, the GP's still provide excellent care (both old and new GP's) and the reception staff are extremely helpful and I am happy to say that I feel the access to the appointments at the surgery has improved so much and just wanted to say that whatever changes have been made, they have had a positive impact on my opinion of the surgery.

I will feed these back to the staff as it is good to know all their hard work is being appreciated.

We have listened to all the feedback we've received over the last few years and made lots of changes, always with the aim of improving the patient experience.

I hope you continue to see a positive benefit from these changes and any we make in the future.
