"Short surgical stay, but great experience"

I was in Circle Bath on 13/8/18 for knee surgery as a day patient. From start to finish, the experience was great-as much as any surgery can be great! The staff were all brilliant, professional, and friendly. At no point did I just feel like I was a number on a list.

I was greeted in the unit by a lovely friendly woman (sorry-can't remember her name). During my stay, I was kept informed at all times of time scales, etc. The nurses were very kind and helpful.

All were lovely. I will also mention the anaesthesia who was very friendly and helpful. I hate general anaesthesia, but he and the team made it slightly easier to bear!

I must also mention the physiotherapist, who was very good also.

My discharge instructions were clear. I had to phone the next day with a query, and this was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner.

I would definitely recommend Circle Bath Hospital.
