"Rude staff and no one listens"

About: Christchurch Hall Surgery

I asked for back up meds for my Naproxen continually and was consistently offered one I didn’t want to take and the other gave me the runs!

I was told that that the support drug did not give people diarrhoea- it most certainly did!

We are sorry that you had a difficult experience.

We aim to prescribe safely and appropriately but it is well known that every person is individual and may experience a different side effect from medication, which shows only after they have taken it.

As you do not identify yourself, we are unable to review your individual case.

We would like to invite you to make an appointment with the Senior Doctor, who would be only too happy to see you, to review your medical problem and discuss any other medication which may help you.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Carole Sharkey

Practice Manager
