"Praising the care I received"

I attended my appointment yesterday at Shakespeare medical practice.

I pre-booked the consultation 3 weeks prior to attending and I wa really not disappointed for waiting. During the consultation my doctor asked me about my medical history and my current complaints. He went also asked me about how I found the current treatment and recommendations from allies medical professionals. After I explained to him that I was not satisfied with the results and I expressed my concerns for the future. My GP liked into my record et then explained to me what the possible next step would be should I choose to proceed. I have to say that I am very happy with the care and advice

I was given and I appreciate that my doctor empowered me with taking the decision about the next course of care I will be having. I feel more confident about my health and less anxious. Thank you doctor.
