"Being kept waiting"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

I've been attending Queens for many years now plus Oldchurch and have always been satisfied with me treatment.

Lately i've been having chemo my 2nd lot( 1st lit 3 years ago) and had aggro on all of my 3 visiits. 1.arrived 6.45pm on a Friday and no appt had been made. 2. The following Monday kept waiting 2 and a half hours to get in the chair only to wait longer as my paperwork had NOT been done, got out 5 hours later. 3. Monday 3 Sept got to hosp early as usual sitting in Costa having a coffee and got a call saying can you get here as someone lost my blood test so i went after coffee and waited 40 min for bloods to be taken and that was a painful experience and still got bad bruising since Mon. Another hour and a half they set me up on chemo. Also the peson i saw on my haematology the Thurs before said a script would be ready for me on my chemo visit of Enoxparin(it was not there) so i had to go back on the 4th Sept. I will cancel further on my next visit as this is very stressing and NOT doing me any good. VERY POOR TREATMENT in my opinion.
