"Really good service . Breast screening"

I had an appointment for a breast screening today.

I was greeted by smiling receptionists, sat in a pleasant airy room, was seen before my appointment time.

The mammogram was respectfully carried out and not too uncomfortable.

Again, the staff who carried out the ultrasound were friendly and respectful.

The girl on the reception desk arranged for me to see the Consultant straight away rather than waiting until tomorrow as arranged.

The Consultant was friendly and reassuring and the nurse who accompanied him was smiley and warm.

What a nice experience- even more so as my results were good.

Thank you to all the lovely warm, respectful people - all carried out in clean, pleasant surroundings.
