"Outstanding care"

My elderly mother was taken to A&E after collapsing. I was called by a very lovely nurse who was kind and very professional. I had to wait in the relatives room, but was given regular updates and information by the nurse who had spoken to me on the phone. Dr's and consultants.

The treatment she received was outstanding,

Mum was taken to ITU. Were all of the staff gave exceptional care. They were kind. Caring, approachable. Our family were fully involved in all decisions. Sadly mum passed away after 5 days in ITU. And the End of life care given ensured mum was comfortable and pain free. As a family were given lots of support at all times.

I cannot fault any aspect of the care.
