"Shoulder Operation under General Anaesthetic"

I was admitted to the Nuffield to repair a torn tendon in my shoulder. What impressed me the most, was that everything was explained, included expected times, and these were kept to.

The time of admission, someone was expecting and prepared for me. The pre-op info was taken quickly and efficiently. I was asked several questions for my decision about the op.

The op was scheduled for 10:30, last time I can remember seeing in theatre before going under was 10:32. This was excellent.

Overall the staff at every point were brilliant. If you have to have an operation, this makes it as seamless and quick as it gets.
