"I cannot praise the staff highly enough"

I came into A&E yesterday after falling from my horse with a back and ankle injury. I was seen very quickly and all staff were very caring, knowledgeable and supportive. I would like to thank the staff that dealt with me at A&E reception, the HCA, Dr,

X-ray team, the Physiotherapist, Spinal Surgeon, OT and everyone on the Urgent Care ward. each member of staff worked seamlessly with the others, which made my injury much less stressful. The hospital was clean, felt very organised and with my partner & 3 year old daughter with me, very family friendly. Staff explained to my daughter (at a level she would understand) what was happening at certain points as at times she was upset. Every time I have ever visited Musgrove (to have my daughter and once when she was ill as a newborn), it has been everything you could wish a hospital to be. Thank goodness for our NHS and all of its wonderful staff and equipment. Thank you for your help yesterday.
