(as a service user),

I attended minor day surgery.  I have to admit I was feeling very anxious and worried.

I was shown into the procedure room and met Kirsten, Pamela and Angela.  The team was extremely helpful and efficient and they managed to put mind at rest.

Kirsten performed the procedure, she was very professional, friendly and courteous.  

I thank everyone for their help.
