Thank you for your feedback about the 123 Magic course and how the staff member made you feel comfortable and be able to talk about the issues you were having with your childs behaviour.

1-2-3 Magic and aims to support parents how to deal with their children’s difficult behaviour by using an easy-to-learn and easy-to-use signalling system to manage children’s difficult behaviour. The course encorages the parent to use less talk and less emotion, which in turn encourages the development of children’s ability to manage their emotional reactions to parental boundaries.
