I attended the Falkirk Community hospital for this operation. All the staff were very polite and very pleasant to me (and others waiting) I was told all about the operation and was allowed to ask any questions If I was not sure about anything. They were running a bit late because there was a trainee sitting in on the operations and was being shown and explained to what was happening. I was ok with this as we all have to learn, The operation was over in about 10-15 minutes and was a success according to the surgeon. I was taking back to the waiting room and had a cup of tea and a biscuit and given my eye drops and instructions of what to day in the next day or two
Would like to thank Dr Livingston and his staff for everything they done today you are all a credit to the N.H.S
