"X-ray radiologist"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

(as the patient),

I was sent by my gp. for an x-ray on my knees and hips the radiologist was miserable and abrupt, as I have trouble laying flat as I was asked to do tried explain wasn't interested then I could not get up from a laying position  and was told in a very abrupt tone that they did not do lifting which I had not asked them to anyway.  I have had x-rays in the past with a different radiologist who was totally the opposite pleasant and happy which I did comment on at the time. I also had in the past at the same hospital an ultrasound and my experience there was not a very pleasant one. When these people train, and they are very clever people, do they not learn people skills it costs nothing to be polite and pleasant?
