"Total Lack of Communication"

About: Kings Corner Surgery

I have been a Patient of this GP Surgery since 1984, that's 34 years.

During that period my GP has been either one of two doctors and in the past year another doctor. Each has given me EXCELLECT Medical advice, guidance, and CARE.

However the communication with this Surgery has been difficult, with a totally 'Time Wasting' Introductury Phone Response. Then a normal 'Kindly wait for a Contact' A Response' which takes even more time.

Eventually one speaks to a rather aggressive and rude contact, either from the Reception area or Back Office. They seem to forget that they are speaking to an extemely Invalid and elderly person, I am now 84!

I have discussed this issue with my curent GP who has readily agreed that this Surgey has an Internal Communication Problem!

One example, early in the past month , I have sent 5 Emails to my GP but done were responded to nor acknowledged!! In FACT the doctor claims that he Never received any of them!

Someone in that Surgery is Lying and do not believe that is the doctor, but I am sure it's the Back Office Staff ! That is unacceptable!

I have suffered considerable Spinal pain for the past 26 years, which even the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital , having studied my Nulear CT SCAN cannot provide any solution, simpy because my Pain and Problem is far to complicated even for them to provide a solution.

Meanwhile the 'Back Office' Kings Corner Surgery appear to consider my Medical Condition to be trivial. Also they clearly do not know NHS Rules. They wrote to me on 23rd August 2018 advisingme that they will DISMISS me from that Surgery on 31st August. Ingoring that FACT they they are MUST give me 30 Days Notice of this Decision. However their 'Back Office' do not understand that unless I am accepted by any other GP Surgery then Kings Corner are 'Stuck with me until I gain acceptance elsewhere!

How ignorant can Kings Corner's

Back Office and Duty Doctor be? I suggest that they need an NHS Enquiry.

The NHS Rules are that one MUST be given 30 days Notice of removal, confirned by the doctor and several Surgeons, and i the event that I can't obtian another GP Surgery than their MUST Continue to provide Healthcare, as confirmed by the doctor.

As fortune happens, to 'Good Guys' have been readily accepted by another Surgery, so Problem Over.

Yours Respecfully

Brian Little
