Tried calling the general booking number to reschedule an appointment - they transferred me to the Oral clinic which never answers their phone. I called at least 7 times throughout the day before I got an answer - they said they would request authorisation to reschedule. I then called 3 - 4 more times later that day to get an answer but still no answer.
I then tried calling the general number again, instead of the direct number to the clinic, and from shortly after 4pm it directed me to a voicemail which it said was full so I couldn't leave a message. This number is advertised as being open until 5pm but apparently not.
No idea what the outcome has been of the reschedule request.
