"The heamatology department centre of excellence?"

Centre of excellence not my experience. Phoned at least 10> 15 times over the last 10 days, easy to get through to the main reception but trying to contact anybody in heamatology to make an appointment proved impossible, nobody answering, also left voice mails and on the odd occasion the call was picked up left verbal message with a promise that somebody would call me back, still waiting for any response

Very very disappointed is this what was expected with his £1 million gift? I am now going to try to get an appointment at the QE
