"Lack of service"

About: Dilip Sabnis Medical Ctr Pms

Was due to have an appt at 6pm.. rang surgery to say I would be 5 mins late.

Didn't offer to ask gp if he could stay 5 mins later so I could have my appt.

Told the receptiononist I was going to be 3 mins after my appt but apparently gp had already gone!!!!. Considering this appt is for blood pressure which is delaying an op you can imagine my anger.

Disgusted that nothing else could be offered.... execpt for a phone call app

I am sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received at the surgery. I would value the opportunity to speak with you about this.

Patients can usually be seen up to 10 mins after the appointment time.

It is not possible to allow more than this otherwise surgeries run late.

As you did not leave a name I cannot investigate your specific case but would be happy to do so if you contact me.
