2 hours - still waiting to be triaged - just need an xray 😡😡 going nowhere fast, more people coming in and we are just taking up valuable seating space.

Understand people are sicker, but what a waste of time and resources - there has got to be a better way then this!

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience.

I completely see where you are coming from and although we do work to the four hour standard, if you were being offered an x-ray this would be one of several investigations we would need to complete, I would expect that if it were just an x-ray this should have happened sooner, my apologies.

We are working hard to increase the number of staff working in our Emergency Department and are in the process of building additional ward capacity to manage this winter, which will enable us to improve turnaround times. I do hope the rest of your stay went well and we were able to resolve your concerns. If you remain concerned and feel that your concerns were not adequately addressed please do get in touch, we are always seeking to improve.
