"Witnessing treatment at Cavell centre treatment ward."

I have twice witnessed staff in the treatment ward confuse a patient with legislation, I didn't think they made sure the patients understood the varying conditions of there stay.

I was also presented with a copied and pasted care plan but not for the patient I was representing..breaking data protection legislation. 

From my experience of the ward, women on the ward  would receive better safety measures from a group like refuge or woman's aid... As I feel their overall welfare is in question if there are violent men on the ward.
