What I liked

I would just like to thank all Staff on Ward 2 who is at this moment looking after my 13 year old son Josef after him having his appendix removed. He was brought from A&E early hours on the 1st January 2012 from that time Josef has been looked after with care and love even his mum has been cared for ie Bed for the night , tea and coffee in the parents room to keep me from falling asleep. Even though it a bank holiday today my sons operation still went on. I would love for you to pass this on to the ward many people complain and the wards get this passed on. I am praising and would love them to know my families appreciation for looking after my son whilst recovering from a traumatic operation. Many thanks and a Happy New Year to all staff in Ward 2 and the team in Theatre today xx

It is always distressing when your child is unwell or injured, and I am glad we were able to provide compassion and care for you in this way.
