"Exceptionally rude reception staff in Radiology"

reception staff in radiology were so unapproachable and unfriendly. My mother asked them kindly how many people were in front of her as she was having a scan and hadn’t eaten in 6 hours and was very hungry. The lady rolled her eyes behind my mothers back as my mother said bye to her. Also the sonographer didn’t even give my mother tissues to clean her stomach from the scan and instead backed away as if she were disgusted by the sight. This is most definitely not what the NHS constitution believes in. The hospital aside from that is exceptional. Such a shame that the reception in radiology let them down.
