"Unbelievable !"

I have just driven for 90 minutes to Whiteleaf in Aylesbury to find that the prearranged re-sectioning meeting, which I confirmed my attendance ,has been cancelled -despite having my telephone number nobody could be bothered to inform me- I have taken a day off work to attend and driven 60 miles .

4 previous appointments have been cancelled with about an hours notice making them impossible to attend .

There has been No communication in almost 1 year from the consultant - staff are unhelpful as to diagnosis, prognosis etc -I have to glean information from finding letters in my mother's room.

Dr you should be embarrassed by the service that you head up and the total disregard for relatives at this stressful time-I beg you to take onboard my comments and sort out this shoddy service and learn from them !
